Immune Boosting Juice
We all want something quick easy and more effective drink which will help to boost our immunity and give us more benefits. This Pandemic and COVID taught us the importance of a healthy and strong immune system.
With this note today I’m sharing my favorite and easy-to-make immunity-boosting juice recipe. This recipe contains Orange which is a rich source of Vitamin C, Carrot, and anti-inflammatory Ginger.
More importantly, this drink is Non-alcoholic, Sugar-free and Vegan.
Immunity booster drink by Prchi Palwe
Ingredients
7 oranges or Fresh orange juice 1 cup
4 carrots
2.5 inch fresh ginger
Ice cubes
Instruction
Add orange Juice or Cut the oranges in half and juice then pour into your blender.
Cut the carrots and Scrape the skin off the ginger with a spoon and add to the blender too.
blend on high for about a minute. Then use fine sieve over a bowl or jar and Pour it in batches.
Fill the glass with crushed ice cubes and Pour your drink into the glass and drink straight away, or place in the fridge for up to a day!
You can garnish with slice of orange or candied Ginger.
