Cantaloupe Margaritas

A margarita is a cocktail consisting of Tequila, triple sec, and lime juice often served with salt on the rim of the glass. The drink is served shaken with ice, blended with ice, or without ice. The drink is generally served in a stepped-diameter variant of a cocktail glass or champagne coupe called a margarita glass.

Today I’m sharing with you my favorite version of margarita with twist. and trust me you wont regret it.

Cantaloupe Margarita by Prchi Palwe

  • Sugar-free

  • Vegan

Ingredients

2 cups chilled cantaloupe, chopped

3 oz. tequila

2 oz. lime juice, freshly-squeezed

1 oz. agave nectar

5 mint leaves

1 cup ice cubes

Garnish

  • Lime

  • Mint

  • Cantaloupe balls/cubes

Instruction

  1. In a blender, combine the cantaloupe, tequila, freshly-squeezed lime juice, agave nectar, mint leaves, and ice cubes.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Pour the margaritas into the glasses.

  4. Serve with a mint leaf and pieces of cantaloupe as a garnish, and enjoy the cold!
